Lightpicker Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Lightpicker mobile application ("Lightpicker", the "App") handles information.

Information collection

Lightpicker is designed to work entirely on your device. The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on any server. It does not require account creation, and it does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track you.

Device permissions

The App may request access to certain device features, such as the camera or photo library, strictly to provide its core functionality (for example, to let you sample colors from an image you choose). Any data accessed through these permissions is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted off the device by Lightpicker.

Local storage

Lightpicker stores user preferences and saved color palettes locally on your device so the App can remember them across sessions. This information stays on your device and is not shared with us.

Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the issue.

Third-party services

If a future version of the App introduces optional integrations with third-party services, those services will have their own privacy policies, and you will be informed before any data is shared.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
